Relationship Between Teachers and Students

A strong relationship between teachers and students is essential for learning new skills, and teachers play a crucial role in this process. More ideas are generated when students and teachers communicate more. This facilitates improved progress toward language learning. In accordance with Hamre et al. 2008), positive interactions between students and teachers have been found to be beneficial because they assist students in adjusting to school and encourage learning.

The greatest resource for student development is the teacher.

Students are more likely to endorse language learning when they interact with teachers. A preparatory stage in language development is the interaction between teacher and student and their relationship. The teacher-student relationship helps to break down the barriers to language and writing learning. The gap narrows here, and efficient writing takes place. The student feels free to collaborate and dispel any doubts. Students are able to write better and perform better as a result. Students are able to experience a sense of safety and security in their learning environments when there is a positive teacher-student relationship (Baker et al., 2008; Collins, Dearing, and O'Connor, 2011; 2005) (Silver, Measelle, Armstrong, and Essex).
